Winodh has over 20 years of experience in the Australian power industry with a focus extensively on generator connections over the last 13 years.
He has experience with large scale wind generation, solar PV generation and BESS projects having undertaken detailed design, owner’s engineer and lender’s engineer roles across over 5 GW of projects in the NEM.
Some of the key project highlights being the 219 MW Collector Wind Farm, 180 MW Mt Emerald Wind Farm, 2 GW Star of the South offshore wind farm, 100 MW Lilyvale Solar Farm, 720 MW New England Solar Farm, 150 MW Hornsdalde Power Reserve, 400 MW Western Downs Green power hub to name a few.
Winodh has also served as the chair of the Clean Energy Council Grid Directorate, co-chaired the Cigre Next Generation Network and participated in numerous reform initiatives including the Connections Reform Initiative.
He is highly regarded in the grid connection space for his valuable contributions to the industry supporting developers, network service providers and the market operator (AEMO).
