Hamidreza Shafei
Power Systems Engineer
Hamid is an engineering intern at CPSA, recently completed his PhD at the University of Technology Sydney. With a background in control systems, particularly in relation to grid-following and grid-forming inverters, Hamid has developed a strong foundation in advanced energy technologies.
Throughout his academic career, he has received numerous awards for his research and contributions. Hamid has joined CPSA to gain industry experience and apply his expertise to support the transition to sustainable energy. He has expertise in using PSS®E and PSCAD for load flow studies, contingency analysis, PV analysis, and dynamic simulations.
